2024-11-24 Version/November Update

Here's the first regular update for Stars Go Cold. It's mostly tweaks to enemy units, weapon traits, and correcting a few typos.

The December update's contents aren't yet set in stone, but should have expanded Commander gameplay, more backstory, and further unit tweaks depending on how playtesting goes.

Go set the galaxy on fire.
